Screen Rant's exclusive clip from the English dub of Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 sees a nervous Annie Leonhart caught by her former comrades. The second half of the final season of the hit anime series is animated by studio MAPPA and began airing in January 2022. The series is adapted from Hajime Isayama's dark fantasy manga, which released its final chapters in April 2021.

As Attack on Titan enters its final act, the world has been turned upside down and friendships have been shattered. In the chaos of the Battle of Shingashina, Eren Yeager (Bryce Papenbrook) used his Founding Titan powers to deactivate the hardened state of the Titans hidden within Paradis' walls, starting the Rumbling and setting his horde to wipe out the Eldian people's enemies in Marley and beyond. Once the dust settled and everyone came to grips with the current situation, Armin Arlert (Josh Grelle) realizes Annie (Lauren Landa) was freed from her crystal due to Eren's actions. With the reluctant help of former friend Hitch Dreyse (Brittney Karbowski), Annie escapes her underground chamber, with the pair heading towards Shingashina on horseback.

In an exclusive clip ahead of Sunday's new English dub episode, episode 83 - "Pride", Armin and Connie Springer (Clifford Chapin) discuss Annie's current whereabouts alongside Gabi Braun (Lindsay Seidel) and Falco Grice (Bryson Baugus) during a festival, until they are interrupted by choking sounds. The group turns to see a nervous Annie attempting to eat a whole pie, she quickly finishes her food, much to Connie's amusement. By the time Hitch returns to the table, Annie has left with Armin's group, leaving her friend a sincere final farewell in the form of a note. Check out the full clip below.

After Paradis' military and leadership suffered heavy losses due to Zeke Yeager (Jason Liebrecht) and the Yeagerist's plot, the heroes of Attack on Titan are faced with one of the most difficult situations they've encountered. With Eren set to wipe out the rest of the world beyond Paradis and Floch Forster's (Matt Shipman) not only having the support of most of the military forces, but some of Paradis' citizens too, Armin, Mikasa Ackerman (Trina Nishimura), Jean Kirstein (Mike McFarland) and Connie hope to set up an alliance with Reiner (Robert McCollum) to try and stop the Rumbling. Meanwhile, Pieck Finger (Amber Lee Connors), Theo Magath (Neil Kaplan), and what remains of Marley's attack force have stumbled upon Hange Zoe (Jessica Calvello) and Levi Ackerman (Matthew Mercer), who is still recovering from extensive injuries he sustained from Zeke.

With friendships broken and new alliances being forged in Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2, Annie will have to choose a side as Eren threatens the entire world. Annie revealed that she had a desire to return to her adoptive father following her five years of captivity, with her openly admitting to Hitch that she would willingly commit her actions again if it meant that she could return home to her father in Marley. With her homeland in the sights of Eren's Titan march, time is short for Annie, Armin, Mikasa, and their allies to save the world.

Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 English dub episodes premiere on Crunchyroll and Funimation on Sundays at 7:30 PM PDT/9:30 PM CDT. The English dub also premieres on Adult Swim's Toonami block on Saturdays at 12:30 a.m. ET/PT (Saturday going into Sunday).
