Malia met Wes Walton while filming Below Deck Med season 2. Wes was the bosun on board Sirocco and worked closely with Malia throughout the entire season. The pair sparked a romance, but things got complicated after Wes found out Malia and Chef Adam Glick had dated prior to the season. While Malia and Adam were never serious, Adam became enamored with her and was jealous of her relationship with Wes. In the end, Malia chose Wes over Adam, and the two went on to date for several years. They eventually broke up sometime between the Below Deck Med season 2 reunion and the start of season 5 filming.

Tom Checketts

Chef Tom Checketts and Malia started dating well before she joined the cast of Below Deck Med season 5. However, after Chef Hindrigo "Kiko" Lorran was fired by Captain Sandy, Malia gave Tom a call, and he joined the boat. Kory Keefer

While Malia and Kory Keefer haven't dated, they do have something going on in the trailer for Winter House season 3. The trailer showed Malia and Kory sharing a playful kiss when Malia jumped on him and laid a kiss on him. However, Kory is currently in a relationship with Sam Feher, whom he met while filming Summer House season 7 in the summer of 2022.
