Emily might have made it clear on April 9 that she no longer has a man, but on April 8 Cam was celebrating his relationship with Emily. Cam shared a birthday post for Emily that saw him calling her his love. Many Too Hot To Handle fans were confused that Cam celebrated Emily just a day before she made it clear she was no longer with him. This timeline has caused Reddit users to speculate that perhaps Cam did cheat on Emily. “He was probably trying to do damage control,” one user wrote about Cam’s post. "She’s out for her birthday. Hope she enjoys herself !" a supporter of Emily wrote. Other commenters were not convinced that the couple was over for good despite Emily's TikTok.

It appears that Too Hot To Handle no longer can claim any successful couples. Emily and Cam celebrated their first anniversary in December even though many viewers doubted that their relationship would work in real life. Despite Cam initially coming across as a player, many Too Hot To Handle fans soon rooted for the couple to succeed. However, Emily has made it clear that she is single for the summer.
