In the Star Wars mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, Grogu and his IG-12 armor are listed only in the Mandalorian tag, not in the Jedi or Droid tags. This seems to confirm that Grogu is officially no longer considered a Jedi. This makes perfect sense, as the end of The Book Of Boba Fett made it clear that Grogu had turned away from the Jedi Order for good.
