Outside of Jen Shah's earnings on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, she also benefits from the coaching salary earned by her husband, Coach Sharrieff Shah. As RHOSLC viewers know, Coach Shah works as a college football coach and takes home a salary that has put him among the highest-paid NCAA coaches. Recently, fans have looked into Coach Shah's salary as his wife faces up to 20 years in prison for felony fraud charges. While Jen pleads her innocence in court, her husband has been responsible for supporting his family.

In turn, Open Payrolls noted that Sharrieff raked in earnings of $553,215.17 for the 2020 school year. This hefty salary includes Coach Shah's bonuses, benefits, retirement, and pension packages. Sharrieff negotiated a good deal for himself considering that he's making 683.2% more than the average salary for university and college employees and 738.9% percent above the national average for government employees.

On The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Jen has opened up about missing her husband when he's away on the road for work. Sharrieff has even used some of his life coaching techniques with his wife. However, many viewers became upset with Sharrieff after they watched him seemingly coddle his wife despite her immature behavior throughout RHOSLC season 1.
