Julia Trubkina Reveals Her & Brandon Gibbs’ Baby Plans
Sarah Parker 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? stars Julia and Brandon plan to let fate decide when they'll have a baby, & it must drive mother Betty nuts.
Julia Trubkina of 90 Day Fiancé season 8 recently conducted an Instagram Q&A where she informed fans that she and her husband Brandon Gibbs are in no rush to start having babies, but they’re not against the idea. The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? stars lived with Brandon’s parents, Betty and Ron, when Julia came to America on the K-1 visa. But there was a lot of friction, especially when it came to the topic of Julia and Brandon sleeping in the same bed.
Betty and Ron were adamant that Julia stay in a separate room until she and Brandon were married, and part of it had to do with the couple’s laissez faire attitude about sex and birth control. Family planning has never been anything 90 Day Fiancé couple Brandon and Julia put much thought into, much to the dismay of Betty. When Julia first arrived in the U.S., Betty was shocked to find Julia wasn’t on any form of birth control and attempted to remedy the situation herself. Betty tried to get Julia an appointment with a doctor to get her on birth control, which Julia (and viewers) saw as incredibly invasive. The couple eventually moved off the farm, so Betty has been less able to meddle in their lives.
Though Betty has always been concerned about Julia getting pregnant unexpectedly, Brandon and Julia have decided to let nature take its course, and on Instagram, Julia revealed their thoughts about having kids. A follower had asked if the couple were planning on having a baby and Julia replied, “We don’t plan when it will happen then it will happen.” The Russian 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast member assured fans that she is not currently pregnant but stated, “Of course we want [to have kids] one day.” The couple figures that the universe will decide for them, which is an attitude that probably has Betty completely on edge.
Julia doesn’t need a baby to feel complete. She and Brandon are happy having fun, traveling, and building a life together before they become parents. Currently, Julia and Brandon are much more focused on their two German Shepherds, Simba and Nalla. Many couples in the franchise feel enormous pressure from their families, and even viewers, to start having children right away. But Julia and Brandon are a young 90 Day Fiancé couple who many have accused of being immature for their age. With where they are at financially, it’s probably not a great idea for Julia and Brandon to have a baby. However, Julia seems content to let fate decide when she gets pregnant.
Brandon and Julia have always been impulsive, and their ideas about getting pregnant are no different. They have zero problem leaving their family planning to chance and have decided to go with the flow. Though many viewers (and Betty) would rather Julia and Brandon come up with an actual plan about when would be the best time for them to expand their family, that’s not what 90 Day Fiancé couple Brandon and Julia are all about.
