There was, expectedly, a lot of murder in YOU season 2. But this time, it wasn't just Joe Goldberg killing characters in Netflix's thriller.

The second season of Netflix's YOU had as many deaths as the first season, but with a twist: Joe Goldberg barely killed anyone. At the beginning of the season, Joe promised he's a changed man, done with senseless murder. But when you're dealing with a serial killer like Joe – or, rather, Will Bettelheim (Joe's new alias) – it's far too good to be true.

Joe went back to his old ways in YOU season 2 when he had to protect himself and others, instead of resorting to brutally murdering jilted lovers out of spite. To his credit, after the first two deaths of the season, he decided he's gone too far and wants to continue his path of bettering himself. But his new girlfriend Love brings back Joe's dark side. In the biggest twist of the season, Love showed she has a murderous streak, killing off Joe's neighbor Delilah, who found out the truth about Joe's past, and his ex-girlfriend Candace, who he had attempted to kill long before. Love also revealed that she murdered her childhood au pair, who had an inappropriate romance with her brother, Forty.

Now that Love and Joe blissfully in love, this means there are endless possibilities for more murders once the show returns. Here's everyone who died in YOU season 2.

YOU Season 2 Deaths

Jasper - Taking on a new alias came at a cost for Joe. After stealing Will Bettelheim's identity upon finding him on Craigslist, Joe found out he had debts to pay when a man named Jasper came in, cutting off his finger and asking for the money Will owed him. After failing to get the $50,000 Will owed, Joe resorted to going back to his old ways, stabbing and dismembering him. Joe went full Dexter, shredding up Jasper with a meat grinder.

Henderson - Much like YOU season 1 when Joe killed off Paco's abusive dad, he went into a vigilante mode upon finding out that beloved comedian Henderson had sexually taken advantage of underage girls. Ellie mentioned being drugged by him and Delilah revealed she had been one of his victims as a teen, so Joe hatched a plan to drug and tie up Henderson, forcing him to admit to his actions on camera. But in a failed attempt to escape, Joe pushed a tied-up Henderson down the stairs, unintentionally killing him. He staged it as a suicide, but the police quickly realized there was foul play at hand.

Delilah - Joe vowed to himself that he wouldn't kill Delilah after she found out the truth about his past. He'd just keep her entrapped for an allotted time, until he could leave Los Angeles and start from scratch with a brand new identity. But once Forty kidnapped Joe to write their film script with Ellie and spiked his seltzer with acid, Joe experiences a nightmarish night, as he finds Delilah's lifeless body while deep into his acid trip. After panicking thinking he killed Delilah while drugged, he finds out that Love killed her to make sure she wouldn't tell anyone the truth about Joe.

Candace - Joe's ex-girlfriend Candace had survived his attempt to kill her and vowed at the beginning of this season to make his life hell. When she finally told Love about Joe's past, she hoped she'd be saving her from suffering the same fate as Beck, the ex Joe ended up murdering at the end of season one. Instead, Love murdered Candace because she didn't want anyone standing in the way of her relationship with Joe.

Forty - One of the most devastating deaths of the season came in the final episode, when Love's brother Forty was killed by police officer Fincher, when he went to Anavrin to warn Love about Joe and kill him.
